Purchases

Use Account → View plans → Restore purchases if a paid plan is missing. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in App Store subscription settings.

Account deletion

Open your account menu and choose Delete account. The app will explain what is removed and ask you to type DELETE before anything is permanently deleted. Cancel App Store billing separately before deleting if you do not want a subscription to renew.

Community safety

Use Report beneath a chapter message to send it to the moderation queue. Use Block reader to immediately hide that person’s messages. For an urgent concern, email support with the club name and a short description; do not send passwords or payment details.

Book lookup

Try the complete title, author, or ISBN. Google Books is the primary catalog and Open Library fills some missing details. You can always enter a book manually if a catalog does not have it.
